NCC Statement on New USDA Plans to Address Salmonella Illnesses

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Joint Poultry Industry Safety and Health Council recently recognized chicken and turkey facilities for 25 years of exceptional safety performance. The companies were honored for their continued commitment to a safety-first focus.

The Joint Poultry Industry Safety and Health Council consists of members from the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, National Chicken Council and National Turkey Federation.
