“Conventional biofuel” is ethanol derived from corn starch. “Advanced biofuel” is any renewable fuel from any feedstock other than corn starch and includes “cellulosic advancd”, “non-cellulosic advanced”, and “biomass based diesel”. The second and third columns are the primary RFS targets through 2022. Adding these two columns give the total RFS in the last column.
