As Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Ricken assists with issues related to food safety, animal welfare, environment, and workplace safety.

A graduate of Elon University where he majored in Environmental Sciences and minored in music production and political science, Ricken then interned with NCC in 2018 in the government affairs department. From there, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Elon Law School. During the same period, he completed his Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law school.
